Yes. Functional permissions and operational site access are separate, so a user can perform only permitted work at permitted sites.
Can expired stock accidentally become sellable after a transfer?
No. Stock transferred from Expired / Quarantine is received into Expired / Quarantine at the destination.
Does retail support selling by a minor unit?
Yes when the product is configured for a minor unit. Purchasing and wholesale remain whole-unit workflows under the current policy.
Are users billed separately?
No under the current model. Pricing is based on the organization and active sites configured for the country profile.
