These Terms govern your use of BudayrOS, a cloud service for pharmacy, branch, warehouse, and related business operations.
1. Acceptance
By creating an organization or account, accepting these Terms during signup, or using the service, you confirm that you have authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Who may use the service
The organization owner or person creating the account must be authorized to administer that organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of organization, licensing, site, and user information entered into the service.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, assigning appropriate user permissions, and removing access when staff responsibilities change or employment ends. Personal accounts must not be shared between multiple people.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You must not bypass permissions or tenant isolation, access systems without authorization, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, commit fraud, or violate the rights of others.
5. Organization data and compliance
Your organization is responsible for having a lawful basis to enter and process employee, customer, supplier, and other data. Your organization remains responsible for professional, health, tax, commercial, licensing, and other regulatory obligations that apply to its operations.
6. Service scope
BudayrOS is business operations software. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Users must verify official prices, taxes, licences, and regulatory obligations before relying on them for regulated decisions.
7. Trial, subscription, and payment
The service may include a free trial as shown during signup. After free access ends, continued operational access requires a paid subscription at the price and currency shown for your organization. Paid time is added only after payment is successfully confirmed.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the published Refund / Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Your data
Your organization retains its rights in business data it enters. You grant us the technical rights necessary to process, host, back up, and display that data to authorized users for the purpose of providing, protecting, and maintaining the service.
10. Intellectual property
The software, design, trademarks, and original service materials are owned by or licensed to the service provider. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the software. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing service from it except where law expressly permits or we agree in writing.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed at all times. Maintenance, failures, security work, performance changes, or regulatory updates may occur. We will seek to minimize disruption where reasonably possible.
12. Suspension and termination
Operational access may be suspended when paid access expires, where security risk exists, for misuse, or for a material breach of these Terms. Subscription expiry does not by itself mean immediate data deletion; processing, retention, and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service, legal requirements, or operations change. The latest update date will appear on this page, and material changes may also be highlighted through the service.
15. Applicable law
The relationship is subject to mandatory laws applicable to the service provider and customer. Any non-waivable rights under the law applicable to the customer remain unaffected.
